one, another, others, the other에 대해 배우고 있는데 1번에 뒤에가 복수명산데 the other 써야되잖아요근데 6번 뒤에는 단수명산데도 the other을 써야되는 이유를 모르겠습니다

따라서 the proposals 에 형용사 other이 들어간 것입니다.
the others 부정대명사입니다.
the others 뒤에는 proposals 가 올 수 없습니다.
반면에 the other 뒤에는 단수명사, 복수명사 둘 다 올 수 있습니다.
그리고 6번도 마찬가지 입니다.
그리고 2개가 있다.
그럴 경우 one and ther other one에서 one을 생략하여
one and the other 가 올 수 있습니다.
